      How to use Rose oil

• To make an oil bath, mix 10 drops of this oil with a carrier oil and pour into a warm tub. Always dilute essential oils in a carrier oil before using them in water.
• Add a few drops of this oil to a foot bath, dilute it, and soak your feet for ten minutes.
  

This oil should never be applied directly to skin. It should always be diluted by a carrier oil, or added to a bath in very small  quantities (just two drops).
